WELCOME. The New Renaissance Film Festival (NRFF) LONDON provides a platform for outstanding independent filmmakers from around the world, to showcase their work. We focus on the ARTIST, on the STORY and on building a COMMUNITY of inspiring storytellers. We are not interested in following current fashions or being politically divisive. We seek out stories that are genuinely imaginative, emotional and life-affirming. Our numerous award possibilities give independents - both established and emerging - the chance to receive the recognition they deserve. Take a look at our festival archive and past winners. We have been privileged to screen world premieres at our festival and films that went on to win an Oscar or get major distribution!
We have also found that filmmakers, screenwriters, producers and actors create new projects from meeting each other at the festival. Our 9th edition will take place from 3 to 6 October 2024 and include live screenings, an online festival, and other networking events. For the fourth year running, we will be offering £2.5k in cash prizes for the best emerging talent thanks to our patron, the SAPHIRA Group. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates.
